Yes. We use a next level zero-knowledge security architecture, which guarantees that only you can access to your data. Nobody else, not even Hypervault can access it. Please read our security whitepaper which you can download from here for more in depth information.
For now Hypervault is web only and available from every modern browser. We plan to develop versions for iOS and Android as well in the near future.
Yes we offer a Free plan which has no limitations on features. You can use it as trial before upgrading to a higher plan.

Since we offer a free plan with no limitations on features we encourage you to use this free plan if you hesitate to go for a premium plan. For that same reason, once you sign up for premium plan, we can’t offer any refunds.
Well... we’ll be really sorry to see you go, but as a Hypervault licensed user you will be able to access your account and under account settings you will be able to terminate your account at any time.

No, priority support is only available with the premium (paid) plans.
Priority support requests are considered of the highest priority and will be processed first. This means faster triage and faster resolutions.
