Will my passwords be totally secure?

Yes. We use a next level zero-knowledge security architecture, which guarantees that only you can access to your data. Nobody else, not even Hypervault can access it.

What platforms are supported?

For now Hypervault is web only and available from every modern browser. We plan to develop versions for iOS and Android as well in the near future.

Can I use Hypervault for free?

We offer a 14 day free trial which has no limitations on features, except the use of itsme®.

How does Hypervault’s pricing work?

The price is based on the number of employees or team members. Each user needs a license.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with creditcards (Visa & Mastercard).

What is your refund policy like?

We offer a free trial with no limitations on features. For that same reason, once you sign up for premium plan, we can’t offer any refunds.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Well... we’ll be really sorry to see you go, but as a Hypervault licensed user you will be able to access your account and under account settings you will be able to terminate your account at any time.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can up- and downgrade your number of licenses through your settings in the application.

Do I need to purchase a minimum no. of user licenses?

No, you can go with just one license.

Do I need to buy a Hypervault license for every employee in my organization?

No. Only for those who need access to your vault.

Are there long-term contracts?

Our premium plan comes with the option for annual payments allowing you to save money compared to monthly payments.

Will all features always be available for all plans?

As new features are developed and added to Hypervault, some will be available to all pricing plans while others will be restricted to specific plans.

Can I get special non-profit or education pricing?

yes, we offer special discounted plans for non profit organisations.  Please contact us at sales@hypervault.com for more information.

Is priority support available with every plan?

Yes, priority support is available with the premium plans.

What is understood with priority support?

Priority support requests are considered of the highest priority and will be processed first. This means faster triage and faster resolutions.

I don't have permission to accept your license agreement. It has to go through our legal department. How do I go about this?

Our sales team can send you an agreement for your legal team to sign. Once it's signed, we'll enable access to Hypervault so you can proceed with the next step.  Please contact us at sales@hypervault.com.

Can I resell Hypervault?

Yes! You can apply for our affiliate program here.Through our affiliate program, you can earn a commission for every successful new customer you introduce through affiliate links and banners on your sites.
